The A1 Farmanieh Complex, also known as the Farmanieh Commercial-Office Building, is located in one of Tehran's main streets.

This building houses both commercial and administrative functions. The design aims to balance the façade aesthetics of the business and administrative floors while considering the urban context and the greener nature of the area compared to the rest of Tehran. The building features broad windows surrounded by perimeter frames to maximize visibility and maintain transparency between the interior and exterior spaces.
